ISLE OF DOGS DELUXE PACKAGE
Everything that the Full Service includes plus the Isle of Dogs Spa Products. The shampoo and conditioner combined soothes dry skin by hydrating the cells responsible for oil balance. Also freshens the coat, covers odor, and extends time between baths. Nail filing and paws massaged with BowWow Butter Balm, teeth brushing, and breath spray. This package will leave your pet feeling pampered and smelling great.
CAT GROOMING
Cats do very well with mobile grooming because of the quiet and calm environment of my mobile salon. However cats do have bad days and for the safety of myself and your cat if the cat starts to show signs of stress (panting, salivating) or aggressive behavior (scratching, hissing, biting) I will return them to you and will suggest appropriate next steps for finishing the groom of your little lion. Only a licensed veterinarian can sedate your cat and they normally use their own groomer so they can monitor the cat while sedated.

*All telephone quotes are estimates and can only be confirmed after initial examination of your pet's condition and the time allotment required to complete the services that you request. Minimum service call is $50.00. Remember that while I'm working on your pets they always have my full attention. Often I can offer a discount if there are multiple dogs.
HAND SCISSORING SPECIALTY CUTS - $15.00 / 20 minutes. Hand scissoring for a full coat is not included in the haircut base price. Depending on the complexity of haircut, hand scissoring a full coat can take hours.
DEMATTING AND MAT SHAVING - Additional $10.00 - $20.00 charge for combing out a lightly matted coat. I do not offer a de-matting service on severely matted coats, as I find the practice to be cruel and can traumatize the dog making it fear grooming and be aggressive on future visits. The only option is to shave severely matted coats. When shaving matted coats it is very easy to nick the dogs skin or shave off hidden warts, sores, and scabs. Sometimes I find sticks, burrs and other items in the matted fur that can harm the dog if incorrectly removed.
TEETH BRUSHING AND LIGHT DESCALING - $10.00. To freshen up your pet’s teeth and breath I use enzymatic pet tooth paste with beef flavoring so you pet will enjoy the experience and live longer. I use a professional dental scaler to remove the tartar buildup on the outside of your pets teeth as much as the dog will allow me. I follow the teeth brushing up with some breath spray. I will also give your pet a reusable toothbrush, and you will only be charged $5.00 the next time you get your pets teeth brushed if you hand me the brush prior to grooming. If you do not want to hold onto the toothbrush then I can use a disposable toothbrush.
DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT – Small & Medium Breed $5.00, Large Breed $15.00. To help with skin conditions and help control shedding I recommend a deep conditioning treatment for your pet.
PADICURE - $10.00. Nail filing with a comforting foot balm for those dry, cracked pads.
NAIL POLISHING - $10.00. Want something really fun to help your girl stand out? I have lots of fun nail polish specifically made for dogs.
CANCELATION POLICY
The benefit of using my mobile business is that I am the only one that grooms your pet. A last minute cancelation can affect whether I can pay the bills and keep my business profitable. I have a young baby and two young boys that I hire a sitter for when I go out grooming. I’ve had to get firm on this policy because how a cancelation affects my business and my ability to provide for my family. I understand that emergencies do occur and I am often lenient in those cases. If for some reason you need to cancel your grooming appointment I need at least a 24 hour notice so I can attempt to rebook the appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment I will charge a $25.00 Cancelation Fee on your next appointment.
WEATHER
Very rarely in the winter the weather and roads are so hazardous for me to pull a trailer on I will need to reschedule your appointment. I make every effort to avoid this and only in severe weather have I had to cancel in the past. In fact, I’ve only had to reschedule because of weather twice in 2+ years of my mobile business.
HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTE
Please for the safety of your pet let me know of any medical, physical or emotional issues your pet has (i.e. allergies, prior surgeries, hip or joint issues, warts, moles, chronic ear problems, skin problems. The last thing I want to do is hurt your pet in anyway. I love your pets and want them to have the best experience possible. Some pets are extremely sensitive to certain procedures such as trimming nails, cleaning ears or releasing the anal glands. These are routine procedures normally performed for the well-being of the pet. Sometimes, for the overly sensitive pet, these procedures are best left to the care of a veterinarian.
